Introduced 1968. A big one! Red skin with a gold undertone. Juicy sweet. Crossed between a Jonathan & a Golden Delicious. It is an eating apple, but used by cider makers in areas of the world where cider apples are hard to come by. Produces a soft and highly perfumed cider.
