New Zealand raised 1934. Med sized. Pale yellow heavily overlaid with dark crimson stripes. Starred with fine cinnamon russet dots. Flesh is very fine, yellow. Juicy & crisp with a sweet aromatic flavour. One of the best eating apples! Ideal for smaller gardens. Heavy cropper.
