We budded and saved seed from this lonesome tree in Matakana many years ago when the original tree was still alive. Now deceased, we have been awarded some bud wood from one of the seedlings that is the same as the original. Fruit is large & freestone. Yellow fleshed peach with a red tinge when ready for eating.
